  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry mustard greens. Remove tough stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, stirring for 10 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in mustard greens. Cook for 2-3 minutes until leaves blister and wilt.
  5. Season with salt and serve immediately.
