  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
