Baked Apple Fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Core the apples and cut them into thin fry-shaped slices.
  3. Toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over the apple slices and toss to coat evenly.
