Air Fryer Salmon Fillets

A simple and healthy way to cook salmon fillets using an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon (sliced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Rub olive oil evenly over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  5. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes

  • Check the salmon at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • Use fresh salmon for best results.
