Air Fryer "Popcorn" Chickpeas

Crispy and flavorful chickpeas made in an air fryer, perfect as a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Let cool before serving.
