Crispy and cheesy air fryer jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. A perfect appetizer for any occasion.

  • 6 large jalapeños
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy.
  8. Serve immediately.
