- 6 large jalapeños
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy.
- Serve immediately.
