Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings

Crispy and flavorful air fryer cauliflower wings make a perfect vegetarian party snack.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, then place them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  6. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce until coated.
  7. Return to air fryer for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower with oil before cooking.
