  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
  3. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  4. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra crispiness, bake a minute longer.
